Very professional service with a very good position in the city with fast foods just under the hotel, free breakfast, the beach at 1 km, the city centre at 2 km easily reachable by walking, a 50 m long swimming pool with professional staff taking care of it 24/7. The staff has been very agreeable and professional with us and very patient with some other disrespectful customers. I would recommend future customers to select a room that is on the swimming pool side, not in the street side as the cars at night make a lot of noise by passing even though this did not bother us from sleeping.
I can’t believe some of the negative reviews on here. We have stayed twice at the hotel. Yes the rooms are a bit old fashioned and could do with being renovated, but they are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. Brilliant location and very central. Staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast good. Pool lovely and peaceful. No it isn’t heated, but the weather is hot. The price point is excellent and yes you could stay in one of those much more modern, all inclusives, with buffets and all the frills, but it would cost much more, so the voice is yours. Really for what you pay I think Hotel Kamal is very good value.
My mam was staying here but myself and my kids came everyday as our apartment didn't have a pool. Staff where so nice and friendly helped where they could it's clean has wifi pool is great can gets soft drinks coffee and a beer by the pool.
I had a great experience for the price I paid, which was around £20 per night. This also included a continental breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The mattress was firm and comfortable, and the pillows were mostly fine. The pool area was spacious, clean, and enjoyed plenty of sun throughout the day. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. My only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the soap provided, but given the affordable price, I’m happy with everything overall. Definitely good value for money and I would stay there again.
Good and simple place with amazing people! I came alone, and the personnel was very welcoming. They gave me all the information I needed.
The location is great, 15 20 min walk in different directions to beach, town, marina, Kasbah etc The best staff, from the door man, receptionists, cleaners, breakfast guy, all work so hard. But special mention to Mohammed the pool & bar guy, takes such pride in his work, he's the most helpful attentive guy, makes sure everyone has sunbed in area they like, keeps the pool spotless, always friendly and smiling. The rooms are a bit dated but perfectly fine for the price, I've stayed bottom floor by pool and room is really warm, but stayed on top floor and the room was more modern and cooler. Just be careful they don't all have balconies, I booked room with balcony and didn't get one, but as I liked the room, I didn't ask to change The brekfast is basic, french bread, butter, moroccon bread, pastries, yoghutt, tomatoe, eggs, olives , coffees, teas, juice. I reallyenjoy it and dont eat again untildinner . Across the street there is uniprix if you wsnt reasonably priced alcohol.. And lots of restraunts in the area, particulsry nice is Little italy. My onlycomplaint is the wifi was shockingly bad thid time, so was hard to get some work done
Just got back from this super little hotel and couldn't be more pleased. Really great value for money. We paid 25 pounds a night with breakfast for our room via booking. The rooms are a little dated but we were born in the 60s so got a little nostalgic. Breakfast was excellent. Continental style with crusty fresh bread and pastries. Good machine coffee and fresh juice. Pool area very nice and attended by the hard working Muhammed who seems to be everywhere. Breakfast and reception staff also great. Room cleaned daily. We had large balcony overlooking the street. Local street food establishments opposite. Nice stroll to the beach and airport bus terminus a minute away. Excellent hotel for those on a budget or just wishing to lay by the pool.
Absolute value for money! Rooms are slightly dated but clean as a whistle, comfortable beds and more than you’d expect for the prices you pay here. We got WiFi, but also get SIM cards for out here so was never an issue. The poolside bar man is a complete gem and a credit to the hotel. He himself made it a 5* stay, but that isn’t to discredit the other staff- as everyone upheld this high standard of customer service. Location is perfect. No faults
